Instead of just a $25,000 homestead exemption whoever purchases our home will also get passed on to them another benefit of a program that allows us to take $75,000 off so our taxes have been 1/3 of other commparable homes. Neighborhood Description this neighborhood is great. Everyone on our street for several blocks owns their home and takes great pride in it and takes care of their lawn and poperty. They are friendly and we look out for one another when away on vacation. All owners are upper to middle class hard working great people.
