Kings Path is a private road that adjoins Riverview Drive which follows the Manasquan River from the heart of Brielle to Route 70 further north. Riverview Drive and the streets that fork off it has long been one of the most charming areas in Monmouth County. Most of the homes that line the waterfront have docks...and boaters can be in open water in a few minutes, going out through the Manasquan Inlet. Once a small fishing town, Brielle was named for a town in the Netherlands. At one time it had a sizeable number of windmills, but almost all of them were torn down as the town attracted a larger population because of its lovely natural setting along the coastal bluffs. Brielle has a wonderful elementary school (grades K-8) and people often move here because of the school.
