Spend the winter in Impressions Cottage, a furnished three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home in the quiet village of Northeast Harbor. Main Street's shops, restaurants, and grocery store are a short walk away, as is the waterfront. Acadia National Park trails are a short drive from the cottage, and Bar Harbor is about 20 minutes away. The recently refreshed home has a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a 50-inch smart TV, fast Wi Fi, and a washer and dryer. Sleeping arrangements include a king bedroom, a bedroom with a full bed, and a third bedroom with a full-and-twin bunk bed. There's also a deck, patio, lawn, and private driveway. Please note that the kitchen does not have a dishwasher. Available November 1, 2026 through April 1, 2027 for $2,250 per month. Heat, electricity, water, sewer, trash service, Wi Fi, and driveway plowing are included. Pets require prior written approval. Winter rental available November 1, 2026 through April 1, 2027 (five-month fixed term). Rent is $2,250 per month, due on the 1st. Security deposit is $2,250. Rent may be paid by check, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle. Electricity, heat, hot and cold water, sewer, ordinary trash service, Wi-Fi, and driveway plowing are included. Tenant is responsible for routine snow and ice removal from the deck, exterior steps, and walkway. Up to two vehicles may park in the designated area. No smoking or vaping inside. No pets unless approved in writing. If an ordinary pet is approved after the tenancy begins, a $500 nonrefundable pet fee applies; assistance animals are exempt. The signed lease and applicable disclosures govern the tenancy.
