I dont need 2 homes and just want to sell this house. I tried renting and that didnt work out for me. There have been alot of updates to the house and it is great first time home buyer house. I will not do rent to own, hold the note or owner financing. I just need this house off my plate. Family time and my new house are more important than trying to get back what I put in to this house. I am a motivated seller.
