This cottage is on one of our area's last canopy roads. We live on a mini-farm with Nubian dairy goats and a few free-range chickens. Brooksville is about 1 hr. drive from Orlando and about 45 mins. from Tampa. The cottage is a separate dwelling from our main home. It is about 700 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms and one bath. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and the other is a small guest room with a twin bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes, coffee maker, oven with stove top, toaster, microwave, and refrigerator. The cottage also has a washer/dryer and two TVs. All utilities (cable, wifi, water, electric and garbage pick-up) are included in the listed monthly price. As of now, the cottage is available starting Oct 7th. Please send me a message if you are interested. If you would like, we can also set up a time for you to stop by and see it. Well behaved animals are welcomed. No smoking or vaping. Background checks and proof of income are required. Cottage is fully furnished but if anything in needs to be removed, it can be placed in our storage.
