You'll have your own private stairwell entrance, your own patio and backyard, and your own oversized garage bay with room for vehicles, bikes, kayaks, tools, or all of the above. We call it "the oasis" because it feels miles from anywhere, but you're only minutes from the grocery, restaurants, and shopping at Stonebridge / Potomac Town Center, with quick access to I-95, Route 234, and the VRE for commuters. The apartment (~920 sq ft): modern kitchen, living room plus a separate den that works as a home office or kids room, dining nook, primary bedroom with full bath and walk-in closet, updated half bath, full-size stacked washer/dryer, private patio, oversized garage bay with additional storage, plus a driveway space. The homestead: we live in the main house next door and keep chickens, honey bees, and a seasonal vegetable garden. Fresh eggs, honey, and produce are often available to share. Quiet, fenced in places, full of trees somewhere you can actually hear the birds in the morning. Included with rent: electricity (covered up to $200/month historical median around $115), water and sewer, trash, lawn care, high-speed internet, heating and cooling.
