Vegetable garden in backyard, please use and enjoy! Peach trees, raspberry, and blue berry bushes are all yours to eat. Owner is currently finishing painting and remodeling back room with finished floors, baseboards, and such. Garage is going to be as is for now. Climate control in each bedroom upstairs with Bluetooth! As stated in lease terms, renter is welcome to paint the bedrooms only (that is a cost on the renter for supplies and any damage). Otherwise, a fresh coat of paint will be applied before move-in. We want you to enjoy our cozy home as much as we have! Not available until November 8th. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Maximum 2 pets allowed, with non-refundable $250 per pet fee, as well as $25 per pet monthly rent. $1000 refundable deposit due at signing of lease. No smoking or vaping in house. Any smoke damage will require a fine of at least $1000. Lawn maintenance negotiable: renter can pay a fee for lawn service, or renter can do the lawn for no fee, but grounds must be kept neat at all times. Feel free to paint the bedrooms! But all other rooms must stay the color they are upon move-in. 12 month lease.
