On the Calasa Road side is where all of the agriculture happens. The vast majority of the plantings are olive trees, which are mature and produce over 18 varieties of olives. Across the gulch on the Naalae Road side, lies the other 8 acres of this property. There is an existing 5/8” water meter which can irrigate the land on both sides of the gulch which may allow for a main home or CPR.
