As of August 2013 our purchase of the home (closing escrow in mid-January of 2010 - over three and a half years ago) is not reflected on Zillow. Our purchase price at that time was $250,000 - much higher than the previous sale listing since it had been purchased by a contractor as a fixer and had significant improvements. If this sale date/price were properly included by Zillow then the price of comps in the area would be affected which would affect this house in return. No data is accurate unless ALL data is complete and accurate. This is Zillow's site and their responsibility to find and enter ALL COMPLETE DATA.
