Inside our home is full of natural light from our two sets of French doors. We often open all of them to enjoy the breeze off the water. We love our kitchen and cook at home every day. Weâve simplified things as much as possible with our shell yard. Our Ownerâs suite boasts two closets, a huge shower, two separate vanities, a private commode, and lots of light. Yes, we only have two bedrooms and we get lots of company so our guests either stay inside with us or stay in our motorhome that sits on 50 feet of runway and has a 50 amp hookup. No deed restrictions mean we can park it at home and we love that! There is room for a pool and a casita should you like that idea. The dock and lift have housed a 26-foot cabin cruiser. Our three puppies love watching the boats go by. So do we. We have on-demand water, a new washer and dryer, upgraded a/c and youâll see everything listed below.
