Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval. No Parties or Events This is a family-friendly property, so please keep noise to a minimum. Large gatherings, parties, or events are not allowed. Respect Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 9:00PM to 8:00AM. Please keep noise to a respectful level, especially outside. No Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the home or on the property. Pets One small dog (under 40 lbs.) is allowed, provided they are not allowed on any furniture, are kept on a leash when outdoors and do not disturb neighbors. Please always clean up after your pet. Parking Please park in the designated parking areas in the driveway only. Do not block driveways or park on the street.
