I live with a friend in a 2-bedroom apartment complex at Sienna at Riverview apartments. We are looking for one roommate (possibly two if you are willing to share a room with someone) to move into our second bedroom from October 2014 to April 2015 (around 7 months). First month (October) is free! We are college students over the age of 21. The rent is around $1170/month total. We are asking for the new roommate(s) to contribute a total of $500 monthy and we will cover the rest because we have a slightly larger bedroom. You would have your own bedroom and your own bathroom. The apartment has a washer and dryer in the unit, a patio, a fireplace, and a pantry. The apartment complex has a gym, business center, and pool. There is one covered parking spot we all share and several uncovered spots available. Everything else is included in total rent. Other potential useful information This apartment is within approximately 3 miles from the ASU tempe campus. One of the roommates can speak Cantonese fluently. We have living room furniture and a TV that we are willing to share! Peak electricity hours for internet are 4-7pm We have a small, very friendly dog that we pay for.
