    Incredible New Lower Price !!! The subject property is located on Williams Road south of SR301, north of I-4, and west of I-75 in Seffner. The parcel is a total of 73.74 acres. The current use is agricultural with a future use of R-1. There are some wetlands on the property with about a 2 acre cattle pond. The area currently has a 12" county water line installed running the full length of Williams Rd. The water line could cause an increase in density changing the future use.
