ALL INCLUSIVE SHARED LIVING. We offer private rooms with either a shared bath or a private bath. ALL UTILITIES are included same with WIFI. This unit is walking distance to downtown Decatur. This is a Co-Living set up. This means you will have others living in the house that you will share some of the amenities like the kitchen, living room, etc. The laundry Room is located in the home. Each room will have it's own programmable digital lock. We are looking for someone who doesn't mind to share this space with others. Cooperative folks are ideal for this kind of set up. Each room will have a bed frame, lamp and chester drawer. Each room also has it's own closet. Room with a private bath is $800. The picture has a QR code. Scan that to watch the onboarding video.
