Studio in Sheridan Court READ DESCRIPTION BEFORE CONTACTING US We are getting back a Studio space in Sheridan at the end of June. It has not yet been restored, and will rent out for $435 a month in it's current state. Our plan is to take it off the market, restore it, and rent it out for $515 a month as a redone space. Putting it up now as spaces in Sheridan Court are becoming almost impossible to get, and people might want to lock down a restored Studio for August. It could also be an unrestored unit for July. We do not currently have pictures. We have no video. The current tenant still lives in it, and works nights, sleeping in the day. If we do an early showing, it has to be at 8:00 pm or so. Please understand the limitations prior to asking to tour the space. Cats welcome with a $200 pet fee. Tenant pays Electric and a $20 monthly Sewer surcharge. Landlord pays Gas, heat, hot water, stove use, water, etc. The ideal candidate will have no active collections, no felonies, no violent charges of any kind, zero evictions, and have a Net or take home income of 3 (Three) times the posted rent.
