Shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, new towels and high quality pillows and bedding are provided. The Loft has a queen sofa bed with desk, ceiling fan and sits right outside the master bedroom and open to the living room. Window-side seating for hanging out and enjoying the sounds of nature. You can find the sofa bedding in the master bedroom closet. The Queen Bedroom sits on the main level and has a Queen sized bed, ceiling fan with door to the deck and full bathroom. There is a hanging rack with hangers behind the door for hanging clothes. The Living Room sits on the main level with a wood burning fireplace, a queen sofa bed, HD TV with Dish TV network and massive handcrafted propeller ceiling fan. The sofa bedding can be found in the master bedroom closet or on the sofa. The Dining Room and Kitchen sit next to the Living Room in an open concept with vaulted ceilings, large propeller fan and unique custom bear chandelier. The kitchen is fully stocked with a variety of pans, utensils, serving ware, dishes, new small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, blender to make it easy for meal prep and serving. We will provide the essentials such as basic spices, tea, coffee and condiments. The dining room table is an antique and can seat up to 6 and extension leaves can be found next to the cabinet. The breakfast bar can sit up to 3 more sitting close enough proximity for conversation. The Family Room is large with a kitchenette, bar, dining/play table, large gas fireplace, Foosball table, queen sofa bed, HD TV with Dish TV network, dartboard and darts, DVD library, board games, books, cards, DVDs and door to lower deck. The sofa bedding can be found in the cabinet next to the kitchen. The Bunk Bedroom has two bunkbeds for a total of 4 single beds with a HD TV with DVD player and ensuite full bathroom. It is a large room perfect for the kiddos to spread out! There is an inflatable bed in the cabinet as well if you have extra kiddos that want to sleep in the same room. The grounds are natural landscaping with various spots to read or meditate and hear the sounds of the "quaking" of the aspen leaves, the chatter of the birds and local critters like elk, deer, wild turkey, owls, red tail hawks, golden eagles and yes even bobcats and coyotes. Our community is one of 10 in the world that has earned a Dark Skies designation. The stars are amazing! WIFI/Cellular Typical for the area: We have various WIFI portals for redundancy and max usage. The speed is 10 Mbps. A 10Mbps download speed should allow you to do almost everything you'd like to do with your mobile phone or broadband connection. This includes browsing the web, email, doing video calls for work, using social media and messaging applications, listening to music online and watching video or television in HD quality. You should be able to watch Netflix and other streaming services with no problems. My husband and I are often on zoom meetings together with no issues. We have installed a cellular signal antenna booster as well for max cell performance. And we also have a landline. The lease would commence on January and up to April 30. The house is available in January. You could do 1 month and up to 4 months up until April 30th. The monthly fee is $4,900 and it is negotiable depending on how many months you are staying. Max 6 people and 1 dog is allowed with prior approval and damage deposit. No other animals are allowed. We charge a $100 fee per month for pet. No smoking is allowed inside the property or outside the premises so if you smoke this is not the house for you. We offer housecleaning at a cost of $200 per clean. There is a final cleaning fee of $500 or you can opt to clean it following our check-out checklist. Owner is covering electricity, gas, internet, DirectTV, phone and DirectLink Satellite.
