About the house: This is a very spacious home in the south Austin neighborhood, 13 minutes from zilker and 15 minutes from south congress. The home has two living rooms, a library, a chef's kitchen, a dining area with a large table, and vaulted ceilings in the living room. The backyard has a garden, a covered balcony, protected oak trees, and a turf area with gym equipment. The house and the room get lots of natural light. We also have Google Fiber Internet, so the internet is super fast! This house has 4.5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, so it's very large. There are two other people living in this house as well as a small dog and cat (both pets are well trained, quiet, and clean). We're looking for a woman who is kind, quiet, clean, non-smoking, and LGBT friendly to rent out the room. Looking forward to connecting! About the room *we are only renting out one of these rooms, you get to pick which one you want* Room 1: Has a ton of windows and a walk in closet for $1100+ utilities. Room 2: Has a normal sized closet and one window for $950+utilities. Both available rooms are upstairs by the library and second living room (which we call the pillow room). The other occupied bedroom is downstairs, so there are no shared walls with the bedrooms. We are only renting out one room to total 3 people in the house. We just don't care which room you pick! Both rooms are around 11x13 ft and in either case, you have your own private bathroom with a double vanity and a tub right outside of your room. Year long lease. $500 refundable minus a $125 cleaning fee when you move out. Utilities are split equally between all roommates and come out to about $75-150 a person depending on the season. Parking is free and easy on the private road outside of the house. This is a non smoking home, and no one should smoke inside or immediate outside of the home.
