They're very lenient and the new managers are amazing. Now to the house. It's a 4 bedroom, 1 office or a really big walk in closet (can close it off for another bedroom as well), 2 bath mobile built in 1979. Its had some remodeling/updated done. New laundry/kitchen appliances as of 2020, all black stainless and all electric. Dishwasher, mounted microwave, range, French door refrigerator, washer and dryer. Laundry is on pedestals, and the one for the washer is a mini washer! New flooring through most of the house as of 2021. Previous owner said roof was redone prior to sale to me (7 years ago) There's no central air/heat, but duct work is there with return. We use window units. This place does need work, but lots of potential. One of the biggest units in park at roughly 1000 Sq ft. It can be moved but if you're looking for investment property, tenants have to be approved through park. The bad... needs some drywall patched, some paint, small subfloor repairs in 2 small areas (still liveable). Again, it needs work, but huge potential and is liveable! WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR LOAN. NO CARRY OR PAYMENTS.
