It has central air and heat, washer/dryer (non-warrantied), refrigerator (not warrantied) and a monitored security system. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom, the living room/dining room, and the Bonus Room. We have a strict NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy. All applications are submitted in person during appointment to view the house. All applications are subject to review of reported criminal, sex-offender, and other available data. Applicants must pass an online Credit check and background check. Household monthly income will be verified to determine if sufficient. Applicants must not have any evictions within the last 5 years. Tenants are responsible for water and utilities in addition to the upkeep of the yard.
