No Smoking in building or outside on premises. One off road parking space provided. There is a bus stop and laundromat across the street. Easy highway access, 8 Minutes to T.F. Green International airport, nearby food shops and restaurants and 15 minutes to Bald Hill road where you will find many stores and restaurants. To be considered an application will need to be completed. We have a no fee application available. You would need to show proof of income. Income should be sufficient to pay the monthly rent. We will require a monthly income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent of 1150. Each applicant will need to show identity verification as well as a credit report and BCI.
