Fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home. Dining table with seating for 6. There are 4 bar stools at the kitchen island. Half bathroom conveniently located off the kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed, double bed and Roku TV and en suite bathroom with stand up shower. Upstairs there are 2 additional bedrooms and a lovely coffee nook station with a Keurig so you do not have to down stairs for that first cup! There is a balcony upstairs to have a glass or wine or your morning coffee and breathe in the fresh air while enjoying the lake views. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds and the other bedroom has a full bed and a twin trundle bed. Both bedrooms have a Roku TV. There is a guest bathroom with walk in shower conveniently located between the 2 guests bedrooms. This house sleeps 10 but you are welcome to bring an air mattress to accommodate 2 more guests. Never to exceed 12 guests total. This property has room for 3-4 vehicles.The back deck is the place to be with seating and a charcoal grill. The back yard leads to the dock, the back yard has a fire pit (firewood not provided) and is a great place for star gazing. NO pets. No trailers, campers or RV's allowed. No portable grills or open flames. Family friendly home with no tolerance for bad behavior. This house has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.
