Hi everyone! I (25, f) am looking for 3 people to rent (3) rooms in a spacious house near the Fort Totten metro station starting in August. Looking to start a year-long lease. This house has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a shared kitchen, living room, backyard, and in-unit washer/dryer. We're about a ~10-minute walk to the Fort Totten metro, and close to Aldi, Walmart, and the Lamond-Riggs Library. I work full-time time so we have a pretty quiet, clean house! A twice-monthly cleaning service is also included in the rent, along with free solar electricity and lawn mowing. Rent is $800 + utilities for each room with a one-month deposit.
