Gilford NH, Mountain View Yacht Club - Boat Slip J-8 on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. Slip is abuts a gorgeous beach. All docks are new in 2025. The Slip can accommodate up to a 28 foot boot with 9.5 ft beam. MVYC has it all - incredible views from its expansive waterfront on the Big Lake, 2 Beaches, 2 Bath Houses, on-site management with office, free boat launch, storage for 2nd boat or jetski up to 19ft - fee applies, Gas dock, on-site boat mechanics, groundskeepers, playgrounds with swings, slides, basketball, volleyball, horseshoes. MVYC yearly fees are $2200. Slip allows easy in and out access to the lake, J8 is also located on the J Dock Beach with space for picnic table and grill. Each slip has hook ups for power and water, cable TV available, great for weekend getaways. Nearby atttractions include: Bank of NH Pavillion (formerly Meadowbrook) for concerts is walking distance, as are several restaurants, nearly shopping, hiking & biking, golf, Gunstock Mt Resort, Gilford town beach and much more. This slip is rented for the 2025 season, contract honored through May1 2025. $1000 one time membership fee due at closing.
