If you must be in prior to that, it will be available August 20, but work will be going on with respect to windows and doors. Expansive full ocean view just below the Mount Soledad Cross in La Jolla. Four bedrooms each with a King bed. Convenient to UCSD. Wonderful home for entertaining with flowing plan. Large deck with hot tub. Two car garage. While currently a vacation rental managed by Avantstay, I am going to revert back to long term renting by landlord directly. You can see current photos of the fully furnished home on their website by searching for "Parasol by Avantstay". All furniture that you see in the vacation rental photos can remain, but can discuss storing that furniture if you have your own. Tenant will be responsible for the usual monthly home utilities (SDG&E Gas & Electric, City Water & Sewer, Internet) and maintenance (weekly mow & blow, hot tub). The property next door has been permitted for construction of a new home. It is uncertain when that project will start, but it currently appears that it may begin at or prior to lease commencement. The lease rate reflects the nuisance associated with that activity. As a landlord with only one rental, I am allowed to collect a security deposit of two month's rent, in addition to the first month's rent up front. Pets are allowed, however, the grass area by the front door is not fenced, however, a small dog could be contained on the deck and side yards. Fully Furnished Initial lease term runs 9, 10 or 11 months, from September 2025 through May, June or July 2026, and thereafter renews annually.
