    2 story farmhouse style home on cleared 6.55 acre lot just 15 miles to Ocean City's gorgeous beach and boardwalk! And even closer to bustling and trendy West O.C. The value is in the acreage and location so close to OC (and Salisbury too)! Really pretty immediate neighbors on a quiet street, super close and convenient to everything, would make this a lovely site for your new home. Check the prices for this much acreage in this area! The home is old, in need of updates & repair and has settlement, so it’s likely not worth putting money into restoring. There is an active leak in the roof over the kitchen and porch roof over the bath (see pics). But, those roof areas are small and may be worth a fix for a place to stay while you’re building your new home or bringing in a modular. The rest of the roofing appears to be free of leaks at owners last inspection on March 24, 2018 (the day after snow storm and snow melting on roof). The septic and well were in working order when last occupied. Some electric had been updated we think around 2009 or so, some is still old. The heating source tank has been removed by Cropper. Home had gas fed independent heating systems, but they said the lines should be checked for safety before reconnect. Theres a fabulous stand up attic that appears to be fully floored, with steps leading up, that runs the whole width of the home with windows on both ends. It’s a cool space.
