Illegal activity on or associated with the property is prohibited. Property damage, repeated disturbances, or material violations of the lease may result in termination of the tenancy and/or legal action as permitted by applicable law. PROPERTY DAMAGE Tenant is responsible for the cost of repairing damage caused by the Tenant, household members, guests, or invitees, except for ordinary wear and tear.
