Dresser, desk and office chair available if needed. Shared spaces include the large kitchen, dining and living rooms, additional room with W/D and listening space. Carport parking (also a shared work space). Backyard patio and yard. Detached shed for additional storage. No smoking allowed on property. Pet deposit $200, non-refundable. No smoking allowed on property. If you have a pet, there will be a $200, non-refundable deposit. Renter will have access to carport parking. (Understanding that it is a work space.)
