    I love my house! A newly renovated Mid Century Modern style home, and am willing to share it with someone. Rental spaces include two rooms and a full bathroom. One room could be used as a bedroom, the other as an office. Both rooms have ample closet space. Hardwood floors throughout and tile floors in the bathroom. Dresser, desk and office chair available if needed. Shared spaces include the large kitchen, dining and living rooms, additional room with W/D and listening space. Carport parking (also a shared work space). Backyard patio and yard. Detached shed for additional storage. No smoking allowed on property. Pet deposit $200, non-refundable. No smoking allowed on property. If you have a pet, there will be a $200, non-refundable deposit. Renter will have access to carport parking. (Understanding that it is a work space.)

    As a single, active male. I have a very flexible job, I don't have set hours. I love the outdoors. Currently pet free, but I love them all! I have a nice sized fenced in, back yard, with a storage shed. I prefer a housemate that is clean.
