House Rules

- Guests: Courtesy heads-up appreciated for visitors; written notice required for guests staying 3+ consecutive days. No overnight guests for more than 10 nights per month without prior written approval. Guests may not sleep in common areas without written approval. Tenant is responsible for guest behavior and any damages caused by guests.
- Pets: One dog welcome if friendly with my dog. Shared responsibility for backyard maintenance required, including waste removal during summer months. All pets subject to meet-and-greet with current dog.
