Screening Requirements All applicants must meet the following criteria as part of the screening process: Credit Check: A comprehensive credit report will be run for all applicants. Background Check: A criminal background check will be conducted for all applicants. Job & Rental History: Verification of current employment/job history and previous positive rental history is required. Reference Checks: At least two (2) verifiable references must be provided. 2. Financial Requirements Income Verification: Applicants must provide proof of verifiable gross monthly income equal to a minimum of two (2) times the monthly rent amount. Security Deposit: Upon lease signing and approval, the tenant shall provide a security deposit equal to one (1) full month's rent.
