An association sandy beach is steps away. Enjoy cooking dinners on the outdoor gas grill and eating on the deck while watching the sunset over the lake at night. Four kayaks are available for renters' use. There is plenty of off-street parking in the driveway and behind the house. Perfect house for two-three people. No smokers and no pets allowed. No washing machine or dryer in the house, but two laundry mats are within a few miles. Renters are responsible for paying the propane bill for heat, cable and/or internet, and electricity. Plenty of parking in the rear of the house. Snow removal is also the renters' responsibility. We leave a snow blower and shovels there. Security deposit and first month's rent due before moving in. The house is available immediately until late May or mid-June depending on needs. Rent would be due the 1st day of each month.
