The house and land are shared with a LGBTQ+ friendly family with a 6-year-old. We're looking for like-minded folk who share conscious living and wellness values. We're near a lot of hiking trails and lots of ponds, reservoirs, and lakes! It's tucked away in the woods, but only a 15-minute drive to Keene and 25 minutes away from Peterborough. There is a full private bathroom, a dry kitchenette with cutlery and dishware, a microwave and a mini fridge. There is a workspace with a desk. There is also a private entrance. There is parking for one car. During the warmer months, you have access to an outdoor shower and patio with a grill. There is no laundry in the room; however, we can negotiate a schedule and an additional fee for use of our machines. We have a no-pet policy, but we're willing to have a conversation if it's a dealbreaker and the pet is a good fit. There is also a possibility for work trade depending on the time of year. Our family is sensitive to fragrances and asks that none be used by the occupant, please. We often have guests over. Although the occupant will have their own space, sound to be shared. We will do our best to notify the occupant if we're having a larger gathering. Utilities included: heat, electric, wifi, snow, and trash/recyclables removal Number of Bedrooms 1 Number of Bathrooms 1 Lease required. Optional for short-term lease for a minimum of 3 months, lease paid up front. $900 security deposit. 2 housing references and proof of employment required.
