Two proper bedrooms with closets, with the open loft area furnished with another queen bed. Master bedroom features one queen bed. Second bedroom hosts one bunk bed with double bed on the bottom, one twin-sized bed on the top bunk, and one mattress on the floor. The house sleeps a total of 8 people in beds. There is luxury vinyl plank floor throughout the house for easy cleaning. A screened in porch with ceiling fans for all seasons of enjoying the scenic waterfront marsh. The house is surrounded by mature trees, ideal for bird-watching. Books, games, and 1 television (streaming only, no cable service provided) available for use. Spectrum internet is provided. Only a short drive to local beaches and parks. Washer and dryer are included with the rental. Owner uses adjacent outbuildings and boat lift. Pet policy and tenant screening applies. Owner pays electric and water usage up to our normal average usage based on our personal history. Utilities are included as long as they are at or less than this average usage - any use over this amount is allowed but will be charged to the tenant. Garbage fee must be hired and paid separately. This is a non-smoking unit. Crime-free addendum applies. This is a furnished 30 day+ rental unit. renter's insurance is required. Owner occupies adjacent building/Quonset hut. dock use is allowed, but must be coordinated ahead of time due to owner's boat use. Boat slip available. No electricity or water at the dock. $500 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet, with additional $25 per month per pet rent. Cleaning fee also applies ($330.00 is standard, but if cleaning is excessive this could be more based on cleaner's assessment and fee charged).
