Well maintained camp in the middle of Allegheny National Forest. Two lots make up this property. Approximately 1/3 acre spring fed pond resides on property. Both the pond and acreage is very difficult to find. Camp will be sold turn key...lawn mowers, furniture, dishes, linens, etc...only a few personal items will be removed. Brand new front porch deck was added to replace old concrete patio (pictures reflect new construction). I've owned it since January 2008.
