The downstairs ohana is currently rented to a quiet professional single person and the owners keep half the garage to store their Chevy Surburban. Included utilities are water/sewer (up to $250 a month), high speed WiFi internet & cable package, landscaping, pool service, and trash/refuse service. Tenant is responsible for electric, but electric there are ample Solar/PV panels with 3 Tesla backup batteries so historically the electric bills have been less than $50 a month.
