Little house in the Woods, double wide mobile home sitting on 6 acres. Lots of landscaping potential with flexible homeowners. Room for parking an RV or trailer. Only 15 minutes from Centralia Washington, 15 minutes to Capitol forest, 2 hours to the coast or Cascade Mountains. House is unfurnished, pictures with furniture for reference only, more pictures coming. County Living: This property in on a private road and potholes will happen causing wear and tear on vehicles. There is no snow removal to or from the main road. Trees can fall and could cause loss or damage to property. Water: untreated well water can stain clothing and anything in contact with it. This is a new to us system and will need tweaking and checked on. The water people will need access to the shed and may stop by from time to time to monitor the system. Septic: This house uses a septic tank with a pump and can overflow by running too much water. So our occupancy limit is 4 people. Power: Both the well and septic run on power, without power there will be no water and bringing water into the house and down to the septic will cause the septic to back up into the house. Property maintenance: Herbicide is used on and around the property. Depending on how much of the property you wish to maintain I can do some mowing around the driveway and other parts as I have time. We are in a shooting zone, target practice is OK and you will also hear neighbors target practicing. Garbage: Joe's Refuge provides roadside garbage pickup or there is a transfer station down the road. PETS: Our insurance prohibits certain canine breeds, up to 3 pets are OK. There is no fencing on the property and Thurston County has a leash law. PARKING: Parking area/space shall be used exclusively for parking of your passenger automobiles and/or those approved.
