The neighborhood is good the neighbors are friendly. The lease is month to month. 600 includes all utilities. There is a 600 dollar security deposit. Rent is pro rated if not moving in on the first. No pets, no guest and this room is for one person only. If you are respectful, clean, quiet, and have a full time job then you will fit the vibe of the house. On the contrary if your the type of person who just wants to lay around all day everyday who makes messes and doesn't clean up after yourself and isn't respectful then don't bother applying.
