Feel at home in this adorable 2-bedroom Maine cottage perched right above the shore of Sebago Lake, with wonderful open water views from the enclosed screen porch across the front. The interior is very charming and left in yesteryear simplicity. A wonderful place to relax and just enjoy the pretty setting. The waterfront has deep frontage on the shore lot and rocky frontage, but swimming off the dock is made easy with a ladder into the water. There is a gas grill, a fire pit, and a picnic table for outdoor furniture. This cottage does not have internet, cable, a washer/dryer, or a dishwasher, but it does have a DVD player and fans. Water is from a well. This cottage is close to a convenience store and restaurant. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book, and guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Linens and towels are not provided but are available to rent at our office.
