This a very big and updated home I love it here but moving out of the area. This is a big beautiful 6 bedroom 3 and a 1/2 bath back deck with an above ground pool, detached garage, and fenced in back yard. Great small neighborhood and the house was appraised for 230,000 but now I am only asking 170,000 hoping for a quick sell so we are willing to negotiate email for pics or to set up a walk through.
