FIRST UNIT is on lower right with large rooms including a foyer, first floor laundry room, dining room, large eat-in kitchen and large bedroom in newer addition. Can use common entrance in front of house into livingroom or private back door entrance into kitchen. Back entrance has nice patio and porch. Nicely kept up unit with updates to kitchen and bath. UNIT TWO is lower left with living room in front,walkthrough bedroom in center and kitchen in back. Unit is small but clean. Dimensions for first two units are above. UNIT THREE is upstairs. It's dimensions are Kitchen 7x14, LR 12x15 and 3 bdrms, 12x13, 10x10 and 10x13. One bdrm has 1/2 bath and old kitchen sink from when house had 4 units. GENERAL INFO All units are currently rented out, month to month, with escape clause for new owner to require tenants reapply and renegotiate lease if they choose. There are three separate Electric meters, but current owner has combined them and does pay the utilities. Electric runs $150 in summer and $300 in winter. The gas has only one meter and owner currently pays $200 in winter and $30 in summer. The water is also one meter, however there are two hot water tanks to help service the entire house.
