Located a minute off 695 exit 32 and along bus route with stop 3 houses down. Hard wood floors throughout main floor with carpet in the master bedroom. Pros: privately owned, large home, yard usage, firework display on 4th of July from home, Baltimore county, schools parkville high and Fullerton elementary, heat/gas and water included. Cons: no weekday parking do to business, street parking on Belhaven Ave. may park in lot for weekends. You pay for your own electric, tv and internet. Owner pays for water and heating. Tenant is responsible for electricity, cable and internet. Any situational fees would include late fee after 5 days late of $100. Missing trash fee $5 a day until disposed of. Parking in parking lot during business hours will violate lease and is heavily enforced.
