Private fully furnished room in a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. Quiet neighborhood, off street parking. Full use of the kitchen, dining room and living room. Use of home gym and washer/dryer. Designated space in the refrigerator, freezer, and pantry. Full use of kitchenware. Towels, sheets and pillows provided. Weekly housekeeping services included. The backyard has a BBQ area, and several seating areas to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The room has a full bed, desk, dresser, and plenty of storage. This is a non-smoking house. Also, no overnight guests are allowed. Those are basically the two big rules. I do month to month and just request a thirty-day notice. The room, and house, are furnished with everything you need. You just need your clothes, toiletries and laundry soap. My philosophy is when you rent here, you are home. The bathroom is technically a shared bathroom however, 90% of the time it is your private bathroom. There is another bedroom upstairs which occasionally has a guest stay and then it would be shared. This does not happen often. Mostly when my daughter comes home from AZ for a weekend. You would have your own sink and storage in the bathroom that would be private for your use only. Because it is a shared bathroom occasionally, I provide all toilet paper and paper towels.
