In 2005 & 2006 the house was remodeled from top to bottom. First the roof was remodeled old wood was replaced with new wood & shingles (Black). All the roof trim was replaced treated & painted white. The old wood frame of the house was replaced with new wood. All of the windows in the house where replaced with new double ping windows & also all of the window frames. All of the wood sidding of the house was removed & replaced with new fire resistent sidding & painted a soft yellow. The front door & both backdoors where replaced with new white doors. The house also was rewired & has new circuit breakers, powerbox & new smoke detectors that run on battery & wired to its own circuit breaker. All of the light switches, faceplates & power outlets where replaced & new ones added to the kitchen & hall. The plumming was replaced with copper. Inside of the house all the bedrooms, livingroom & kitchen have new ceiling fans & old light fixtures where replaced. All 7 rooms where sprayed with orange peel texture & painted. All the rooms have new crown molding,baseboard new doors & new door trims. The whole house has new laminated wood flooring & new air vents. The kitchen was completely remodeled.
