You'll have 30 days to evacuate the premises. - Garbage is in the alleyway. - Yard must remain clean. No food, trash, cigarettes buds, weed buds, or pet feces. - Parking is available on the street. You may park in the driveway for a small fee of $10 a month. - No oils in the sink. - No Pampers, Tampons, Ear-cleaners, Face pads can be flushed down the toilet. - You may not paint walls at anytime.
