Lease term shall be for one (1) year. Tenant is responsible for payment of all utilities associated with the property. Tenant shall be responsible for all lawn care, yard maintenance, and snow/ice removal during the lease term. A maximum of two (2) pets shall be permitted on the premises, subject to landlord approval and any applicable pet fees or deposits. First month's rent and the security deposit are due in full prior to or at move-in. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, and any other non-essential appliances are provided as a courtesy only. Tenant is responsible for routine maintenance and repairs. Landlord is not obligated to repair or replace these appliances in the event of malfunction. Require tenant to keep premises sanitary and free of excessive trash.
