Landlord is not responsible for any injuries. Tenant is required to maintain cabin, deck, and land in the same way as it is when signing the lease. They are also in charge of removing snow on the trail between the cabin and parking spaces. The 2 parking spaces are plowed once a week, tenants will need to move their vehicles accordingly. A credit score of 600 is required and no criminal background history. Pets are allowed upon approval.
