This a beautifully maintained property. We recently purchased it from a private owner. My husband Dave and I own 2 other duplexes . We are very much hands on and address our tenants issues in a timely manner. The master bath has a newly installed tile walk in shower . This is not a typical amenity for these types of units. The washer dryer hook up is in a separate room. Tenant pays all utilities including trash pick up . Tenant mows grass. Owner pays for all repairs to refrigerator , dishwasher, garbage disposal and stove. A more detailed lease agreement will be available for review upon request. We do not require renters insurance but if the tenant chooses not to buy insurance he/she will be asked to sign a waiver stating this.
