The minimum age requirement to book is 25. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The property is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM as per Surfside Beach ordinance. Please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level.
