Home is equipped with tankless hot water, central heat /AC, gas fireplace and washer / dryer. Sunroom offers a sunny place to read or take a nap. Outdoor patio has covered area with a gas fire pit, a wood burning fire pit, an outdoor shower and hot tub. Ample uncovered parking. No pets allowed. Guest's pets must stay outside while visiting. Utilities are included. Outdoor and hottub maintenance plus plant/garden care scheduled once a week (included in the price). Smoking allowed outside only. Any gatherings must be quiet by 10 outside and mindful of neighbors. Maximum of 15 people. Minimum of 30 day stay to adhere to Sonoma county's shot term rental regulations. Priority will be given to those who can stay the entire 2 1/2 months.
