This a guest house on an estate with it's own private entry and fenced in yard and washing/drying machine. If you have a dog, you will love it! The home is centrally located, just 10 minutes away from the airport and close to the veterans expressway. We are a laid back couple and will be happy to accommodate your needs. We are also in the process of building a shed for the home. DOWNSTAIRS-The downstairs is the kitchen area, which also has room to put a couch in to make it more of a social area. There is a full bathroom downstairs as well. UPSTAIRS- The upstairs is like a large studio type layout. It has a queen bed with drawers, a dresser, two nightstands with drawers, a desk, 50"inch TV and a futon. If you need extra space to sleep, there is a full size queen blowup mattress in the closet. OUTSIDE- The outside has it's own yard area for entertainment as well as a BBQ, sitting area under the shade. WASHER AND DRYER-Included Guest access As shown in the picture of the exterior, guests will enter from their own private gate and have access to their own fenced in yard area. Last months rent due at signing unless you have great credit. Additional $200 will be due each month, which will include water, electric and high speed internet. Total rent price with utilities is $1900
